EHS - Economic Stimulus and CHCs

Through the Capital Improvement of the action, there is a 2-year project/budget period beginning July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011.
Grant applications are due by June 2, 2009.
ARRA excludes costs incurred prior to February 17, 2009.
All funds will be available at the start of the project period – July 1, 2009.
Grantees will receive base amounts of $250,000 plus $35 per every patient served (using UDS reports) up to a ceiling limit of $2.5 million.
Funds must be fully obligated by the end of the 2 year period – June 30, 2011.
