Reporting Burden
Grantees receiving funding under Title I-IV of the Ryan White (CARE) Act are required to prepare reports generated from data collected during the course of treating applicable patients. The data in these reports must present a precise, accurate picture of the type of care delivered.
Data Capture
From the moment a patient checks in, the services rendered must be accurately recorded. Just as CareRevolution is able to capture clinical encounter data in a typical clinic setting, additional data elements required for Ryan White (CARE) reporting can be recorded with little impact on a clinic’s workflow.
Electronic Upload
Providers of services under the Ryan White (CARE) Act have to submit reports online via an electronic upload. These file must contain a single entry record for each patient within the file. This file must contain demographic status; HIV clinical information; and an encrypted, unique client identifier. With CareRevolution’s ability to read and write in standard formats, Program Services Report (RSR) requirements are easily satisfied.
