Data Collection
The EHS Clinical Event Manager (CEM) clinical assessment tool provides a means of identifying and categorizing patient populations through electronic auditing of specified clinical data documented in the electronic medical record. CareRevolution integrates the clinical and demographic data and organizes it in a manner designed to assist the clinician in providing quality care. The results can then be used for alerts, outcome studies, quality control, document management, guideline adherence, and general or research queries.
Gathering and Processing
EHS provides its clients with Business Objects reports required for various collaboratives. These reports assume the requirements of a specific collaborative, and then gather and process the appropriate data from within CareRevolution. The resulting data can then be uploaded to the Bureau of Primary Health Care.
