Data Collection and Assessment Made Simple
The EHS Household Assessment dialog easily captures the data required to identify heads of households or members within households, along with addresses and other demographics. In addition, the system tracks such information as the number of unborn children and the total household income. Based on all these factors, the correct poverty level can be easily calculated.
Assessment Retention
Assessments take time to complete – that’s why EHS makes it simple to tell if a current assessment already exists in the system. When a patient’s demographic data is accessed, the system provides a visual indicator to let the user know that the patient already has an existing, valid assessment.
Periodic Updates
To keep Household Assessment data accurate, CareRevolution maintains an active assessment in the system for one year or another preferred period of time. After that time period, the system prompts the user to perform a new assessment to ensure that an authentic, up-to-date record is maintained.
