Ad Hoc Query and Reporting
Your users can interact with the organization’s information to find answers on their own. Rather than mastering complicated database structures and languages, users can build SQL queries using a simple drag-and-drop interface. This places clinical and financial data at the user’s fingertips, enabling them to produce reports containing both data types. These reports can be simple queries, or more complex products with drill-through capabilities and multiple pages.
Real-Time Data Mining
When executing reports, the data being mined is drawn from your organization’s real-time database. The data presented is as timely as the moment it is run. These real-time reports give administrators unprecedented insight into the performance of their practice. Since CareRevolution® uses a single database, there are no data elements that can’t be reported.
Custom and Production Reporting
Individual organizations operate differently and have different reporting requirements. EHS has structured a series of basic reports to handle the majority of reporting needs that you may have. However, users can also generate their own custom reports. While some custom reports may be run once and then discarded, others may need to be reused on a regular basis. Such reusable reports can be productionized, making them available for future uses. Many customers have been creating the same month end reports in the same format for years, but by using Business Objects, customers can create those same reports in the same format inside a single Business Objects document. These reports can be saved and easily updated monthly – saving most customers hours or days of effort every month.
