Project Management
Project Plans are created in the EHS University. The EHS Project Manager and the Customer Project Manager collaborate on and review the implementation project plan, which helps ensure that the implementation remains on task and on time.
Training Delivery System
The Training Delivery System is designed to provide convenient and effective training for each student. Each user is assigned roles. Based on these roles, a customized training curriculum is designated for each student. Students choose classes from a list of available dates and times.
Monitor Required Classes
Your administrator can monitor all required classes and exam results for each employee. Each class time is scheduled and monitored for attendance so you know exactly where you stand in your training process. At the designated training time, each user will participate in live training classes with a instructor who is an expert in the class content. The students will be able to interact and ask questions as they go through the class. After completing the class, they will be asked to evaluate what they learned and to take an accreditation exam. In addition, we offer CBT (computer based training) which includes recorded classes used for review of upcoming product enhancements, after-hours training, and other needs.
Support
EHS University allows clients to log support calls without a call into the Helpdesk. Customers can also monitor the status of their support issues through EHS University.
