Work Queues
Your supervisor has the ability to look at all work queues simultaneously to see how they flow and identify potential bottlenecks. This allows the supervisor to tailor queues to avoid those bottlenecks and assign other people to work on a particular area or category of claims. If someone is on vacation or out sick, the system allows you to reassign that person’s work queue to someone else.
Get Tasks to the Right User
Care Complete’s task management capability allows your supervisor to divide assignments based on your employees' normal job function; however, in special cases, the assignment can be based on skill sets or areas of expertise. For example, medium to large practices may have multiple insurance clerks, each of whom may have more experience dealing with particular types of insurance. Care Complete lets you route Blue Cross claims to a clerk with more Blue Cross experience, while another clerk, who may be better versed in Medicare, would receive the Medicare claims.
