Analysis reports provided through BPO services allow physicians and administrators to break down practice financial information by physician, location, insurance plan, and many other metrics. These reports help practices identify areas of priority that will yield the greatest return. EHS optimizes electronic transmission and receipt capabilities to improve turnaround and decrease administrative costs. EHS uses automated claims management workflows to alert billing experts of rejected claims daily. EHS then searches for patterns to these rejected claims and advises the practice of changes that can help limit these rejections.
Adding Accountability to the Process
EHS is fully accountable for the work that our BPO services group does for our clients. EHS provides each BPO client with a license for our Digital Dashboard software tool. The Digital Dashboard pushes key performance indicator reports to the attention of practices each day. These reports allow practices to monitor our progress on claims as well as check a series of metrics necessary to their financial health. Reports are automatically refreshed every night at midnight and are available in real time throughout the day.
